Shane Farmer
CEO, Sanoviv Medical Institute
My relationship with Sanoviv started long before I became its CEO. As a young intern, I got my first real look at what integrative medicine could do — not just for patients, but for how we think about the body, healing, and what it means to truly be well. That experience never left me.
I went on to build a career around human performance — coaching rowers, creating educational content, and eventually growing Dark Horse Rowing into a global community of athletes. But the more time I spent helping people train, the more I kept coming back to the same question: why do so many people work so hard and still feel like something is missing? The answer, more often than not, had less to do with effort and more to do with the foundation underneath it. That realization pointed me straight back to Sanoviv.
That’s what drew me back to Sanoviv. The people here have been doing that work for decades, and I’m honored to lead a team so deeply committed to it. My goal is simple: to make sure every person who walks through our doors feels that commitment the moment they arrive — and carries something meaningful home with them when they leave.
