That’s why we created a program that rewards you for introducing people to Sanoviv
and rewards them for accepting the invitation.
Much like receiving frequent flier miles when you use an airline, the Sanoviv Rewards
program gives you points for referring people to Sanoviv.

The person you refer must be visiting Sanoviv for the first time and participating in an approved program.

When the person you refer first contacts Sanoviv about a program, she or he must give us either your name or user code (every Sanoviv Rewards Program member has a user code) orally or in writing on the reservation form. |

If the guest has already placed a deposit, arrived at Sanoviv, or finished their program, the Rewards Program will not apply. The Sanoviv Rewards Program is not retroactive. |

Your referral receives a free Spa treatment of their choice when they reserve under your Sanoviv Rewards code.

The Sanoviv Rewards Program member receives 50 points per night of program reserved by the referral. One point = $1 USD If the referral does not complete their program, Rewards Points are only awarded for the nights the guest stayed and paid in full.

We will only honor rewards points according to the initial reservation of the patient.
E.g. If the patient booked for a 6 night program and once being here he decides to extend his stay, we would only apply 6 nights worth of points to the affiliate

The Sanoviv Rewards Program member will receive 250 bonus points ($250) for the first guest they refer after May 1, 2011, who participates in a program during 2011. This is in addition to the 50 points per night

Sanoviv Rewards Points are available for you to use approximately two weeks after your referral completes their program.

9)

The following reservations do NOT qualify as a referral and will not earn Sanoviv Rewards Points:
a. Companions
b. People who have stayed at Sanoviv before, either as a guest or as a companion.
c. Guests who arrive with a USANA convention or other event discount.
d. Guests who stay less than three nights or guests who are not in a program.
e. Guests enjoying a Weekend Getaway.
f. Guests who reserve through a medical tourism company or contracted facilitator.
g. Special offers that specifically preclude the Sanoviv Rewards Program.
